The Cambodian Partnership for the Development of Human Resources in Rural Areas (CamboDHRRA) organized a workshop on “Intellectual Support Document for Reduction and Resolving Disputes in Contract Agricultural Production Practices in Cambodia” on July 8, 2025, in Phnom Penh. The activity is under the framework of Mekong Territory Land Governance Project Phase 3. It aimed to enhance the participants’ understanding of contractual agricultural production to ensure its effective preparation and implementation by smallholder farmers in the country.

With 31 participants representing civil society organizations, agricultural communities/unions, farmer organizations, and the private sector, the gathering was an opportune time for the participants to share farming community experiences, plenary discussions, and in-depth presentations using valuable tools and guidance provided by CamboDHRRA during the workshop.  With its continuing commitment to promoting rights-based and environmentally friendly approaches, CamboDHRRA is grateful to all the stakeholders who participated in promoting the support document to reduce and resolve disputes in implementing contract farming production in Cambodia.
