Starting in February 2025, the Lao Association for Human Resource Development in Rural Areas (LaoDHRRA) and the Department of Agriculture and Forestry’s advisor visited the eastern province of Houaphanh for monitoring and evaluation activities.  The team cooperated with Ban Kang and Ban Tham, Samnuea District farmers, for their agricultural and livestock production and provided them with manuals and learning materials to benefit their cooperative.  The project is in partnership with the Government of Laos and implemented by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit – Citizen Engagement for Good Governance, Accountability and the Rule of Law (GOZ-CEGGA II) project and funded by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC), German Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and European Union (EU).
