Today is the birthday of  our dear departed founder Dok Tony. Our heartfelt prayers for his peaceful rest and our deep appreciation also for his hard work, vision and advocacy for the rural poor as manifested today in the development work that the DHRRAs undertake in various partnerships with the rural peoples of Asia.

The secretariat together with Dr. Angelita Ledesma visited Dr. Tony’s resting place in Manila Memorial, Philippines on March 23, 2011 to commemorate his death anniversary.
