The second workshop on Food Price Volatility and Food Reserves in ASEAN (co-organized with API, Bina Desa, AFA and AAI) will converse on the causes and effects of food price volatility particularly on small scale producers. It will also take a closer look at the ASEAN Rice Reserve Scheme especially on making it more benificial to local communities.
